SHIPPING POLICY

We process and ship orders out within 1 to 3 business days.  Our orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3 to 5 business days for standard shipping in the US . Free Shipping is offered on all US orders over $75.00 USD & all International orders over $125 USD *After Discount.

Before selecting a shipping method, please consider the extra time required to process your order(1-3 business days).  We always try to ship your orders on time, after the package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for the delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other shipping carriers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via RR Donnelley E-Packet Services.  Shipping times are between 2 to 4 weeks.  We also offer DHL Express at discounted prices. Once packages leave the US, we have no control over their delivery times, etc. We are not responsible, if customs holds your package for additional inspections. All orders leave our warehouses on time, the rest is out of our control. 

All fees associated with International Customs And Duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and should be paid by the customer upon delivery!!!

In transit orders can not be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order after the package has been shipped, please wait to receive your package, return it back to us for a refund.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the USPS tracking indicates the package was delivered to the correct address.  We kindly ask our customers to follow the tracking information provided, and accept the package(s) on the delivery date. 

Most packages are delivered to your mailbox.  If a package is oversized, it may be left at a parcel locker by your mailman.  In such cases, the key to the parcel locker is left in your mailbox in order for you to retrieve it from the parcel locker (parcel lockers are larger mailboxes in your building or community, usually adjacent to all the mailboxes and could be marked PL1, PL2, etc.)

DAMAGED ITEMS

We encourage our customers to inspect the package(immediately after receiving) and report damaged or missing items immediately. Unfortunately, we won't be able to replace the item or send out the missing product, if the issue isn't reported within 3 days after receiving the package.

RETURN POLICY

The following Return Policy is for both domestic and international orders.

We confidently stand behind our products.  If at any time within 30 days of receipt you are not happy with the product(s), please email us at support@biobare.com and we will replace your product(s) or issue a refund. 

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.  We don't offer return labels, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.  We kindly ask our customers to return the product(s) at their earliest convenience, using any shipping method they desire. Once a returned package is received at our warehouse, we will process the return within 2 to 3 business days. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Products with package quantities(2 & 3) must be returned within the 30 days and only one product should be used. For any product after the first bottle, only 50% of the price will be refunded.

Rose Quartz Facial Roller is non-refundable. If returned the item will not be re-shipped or refunded.

There will be a 30% return fee on ALL  bundled packages!
