Q: What is the percentage of L-Ascorbic Acid(Pure vitamin C)?

A: BioBare Vitamin C, B, E & Ferulic serum contains 20% L-Ascorbic Acid.

Q: What is the PH?

A: The PH is about 3.5.

Q: Will this product help lighten marks & skin discoloration left from acne, etc?

A: Yes, it does help with hyperpigmentation and skin tone. After consistent application, you'll notice that your skin appears brighter and has more even tone.

Q: Can I use the product every day, or do I have to give a break once in a while?

A: No, you need to use the product continuously every day for optimal results. No need to give a break in between.

Q: Can I go out in the sun with this Vitamin C Serum on?

A: Yes you can, but we'd recommend putting sunscreen on before going out!

Q: Is this product safe for micro-needling treatment?

A: Yes, this product would work great with micro needling treatment.

Q: Does this product contain alcohol?

A: No, the serum does not contain alcohol, sulfates or paraben.

Q: Is this product suitable for all skin types?

A: Yes, the serum is suitable for all skin types, however, it may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun, so we recommend applying sunscreen prior to skin's exposure to the sun.

Q: Will this product help with acne scars, or scars in general?

A: Yes, since the serum contains hyaluronic acid, it will help with minor scars, but not if the scars are too deep.

Q: Is this product gluten free?

A: Yes!

Q: Is it ok to use this serum under a moisturizer?

A: Yes, you could. You should let the serum dry, then apply a firming moisturizer, especially before going to sleep. This locks the serum in and works better.

Q: What is the shelf life of the product?

A: The shelf life for the serum is 2 to 3 years(you can see the expiration date on the back of the product packaging), however after it's opened, we recommend replacing it after 6 months.
