Orders:

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: If you would like to check the status of your order please contact support@biobare.com.

Q: How do I change my address/information on my order?

A: If you require an address/information change please contact support@biobare.com before your order has been shipped. 

Q: Can I use more than one promo code or combine promo codes?

A: Unfortunately, only one promo code may be used. 

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: If you would like to cancel your order please contact support@biobare.com and if the order hasn't been shipped yet we will go ahead and cancel the order.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?

A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal. Please be advised that only one payment method can be used for an order.

Shipping:

Q: How do you ship the packages?

A: For domestic (US) orders we use USPS.  For international orders we use RR Donnelley and DHL Express.

Q: Do you ship to countries outside the US?

A: Yes! We ship internationally, including Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, etc...

Q: How can I track my order?

A: The best way to track your order would be from the shipment notification email you receive when your order ships out.

Q: What if my package gets lost, what should I do?

A: If your package has been lost, please contact support@biobare.com and we'll send you further instructions on how to proceed.

Products:

Q: Where do you produce your products?

A: All bioBare products are MADE IN the USA.

Q: Will your products work for my skin type?

A: Yes, bioBare is suitable for all skin types but we highly recommend a patch test if you're particularly sensitive.

Q: Are bioBare products safe during pregnancy and nursing?

A: We recommend pregnant and nursing women consult with their physicians before application. The complete list of the ingredients is posted on our website under the "INGREDIENTS"  tab for every individual product.

Q: Are your products tested on Animals?

A: No, we do not test our ingredients or the finished products on animals. We love our furry friends.

Q: Are your products Nut/Soy Free?

A: Many bioBare products do not contain nuts or soy, however, we do encourage our customers to consult with a physician to decide if the product is right for them.
