I have not received my order

Dear Andrea, Although this is supposed to be the section to review the product, we appreciate you informing us about your delayed shipment. When your order was placed on June 6th, it was a pre-order as indicated on our website due to the product being out of stock. We shipped your order out on July 2nd after we received a fresh batch, and it was delivered to you on the 18th based on the tracking information provided to you at the time of shipment.
